Module 1 · training

How does AI become part of everyday work?

We work alongside each person, propose improvements and train the team as we carry out the approved plan. The focus is on approaches that remain useful as models and tools evolve.

An individual certificate

This module includes a completion certificate for each participant, naming the completed module and signed by eesier's founder.

  1. Immersion

We get to know your business, your people and how work happens today.

  2. Working alongside each person

We work alongside each person, like a new colleague learning the role. This is shadowing: observing, participating and understanding.

  3. An improvement plan

We document opportunities, processes and suitable AI tools. The decision-maker receives the plan for approval.

  4. Putting the plan into practice

Once the plan is approved, we implement the improvements and train people using their own everyday tasks.

  5. A results report

We document what was implemented, lessons learned and individual assessments, with a before-and-after view of each participant and department.

  6. A playbook for your leaders

We provide a playbook and train your leaders so they can bring future team members up to speed.

Module 2 · implementation

What if AI needs access to your business data?

We build the infrastructure that connects each person's Claude to the systems and data sources your company already uses. An intermediary layer brings together access controls, cost monitoring, logs and security rules.

This also makes room for assistants and internal tools built around the team's needs.

Connections are designed around your operation.
  1. Map the operation

Understand the departments, systems, data sources and people involved.

  2. Shadow managers and key staff

Work alongside them to identify where an integration or internal tool can make a difference.

  3. Plan and approve

Document the proposed infrastructure and tools, then submit the plan to the decision-maker.

  4. Implement and train

After approval, build the integrations and train the team to use them.

Before we get started

Common questions about the format, deliverables and implementation.

What is AI training for businesses?
It is practical training that helps employees use AI in their actual work. The team observes day-to-day tasks, submits a plan for approval, and delivers implementation alongside training.
How does the training module work?
The module has six stages: immersion, job shadowing, a plan submitted for approval, implementation and training, a report with individual assessments, and a manual with training for leadership. The training includes a certificate.
What does the AI infrastructure module include?
The module connects AI assistants to the company's systems and data. It has four stages: mapping, job shadowing, a plan submitted for approval, and implementation with training.
Do I need to purchase both modules?
No. Training and infrastructure can be purchased separately or together, as set out in the company's proposal.
Is the work delivered in person or remotely?
Both modules are delivered in person, on site. The team works inside your company, observing employees' actual tasks and processes. The follow-up meetings included in the program take place online.
What follow-up is included in the program?
The program includes +30h of online meetings for consulting, support and questions; +6h of individual online meetings after training per participant; and 1 individual report and assessment per participant, comparing before and after training.
