  • eesier added a meetings page in the console to accept and decline lead meetings

    The eesier console gained a dedicated meetings page, with a navigable monthly calendar, upcoming and past tabs, and a 'needs your attention' section for meetings awaiting the customer's response. Each meeting shows up as a per-lead card with a clear status label — awaiting you, waiting for the lead, confirmed, cancelled, completed — and one-click accept or decline buttons. A calendar icon with a pending-count badge was also added to the navigation bar. The whole interface was translated into the 13 languages eesier supports.

  • eesier prospecting reports can now be filtered by campaign

    The prospecting report eesier puts together now accepts the name of a specific campaign, and when one is provided, every metric — emails sent, replies, leads in the funnel, average leads per day — reflects only that campaign instead of the whole account. The daily average uses the campaign's creation date as its starting point. If the name doesn't match any campaign, the eesier agent returns the list of available campaigns for the customer to choose from. Handy for anyone running several prospecting tracks in parallel who wants to compare how each one is performing.

  • eesier's Pipedrive integration now links the company and attaches a rich note to every exported lead

    When exporting a lead to Pipedrive, eesier now resolves (or creates) the organization matching the lead's company and links both the person and the deal to it — previously the person was created on its own, with no company association. Each exported lead also gets a note with CNPJ, website, LinkedIn, job title, industry, company address, company phone, and the explanation of why they're a good fit. Result: the customer's CRM receives the lead already organized by company, with all the intelligence context gathered in one place.

  • eesier's Agendor integration now creates a deal in the funnel when exporting a lead

    eesier's Agendor integration no longer just creates the contact — it now also creates a deal in the account's default sales funnel, already linked to the lead's organization and person. Before, the lead only landed in the contact list and never showed up in the funnel. With the change, the lead eesier prospects drops straight into the customer's pipeline, ready to be worked.

  • Internal management tools improved

    A package of internal improvements aimed at the reliability of eesier's outbound infrastructure, with no direct effect on the customer interface but real impact on deliverability. It includes a more precise read of the warmup horizon, grouping of destination providers by the real server behind the MX, and automatic acquisition-source attribution for new customers used in internal analysis.

  • eesier now integrates with FlowChat, the WhatsApp CRM

    eesier gained an integration with FlowChat (flw.chat), a Brazilian WhatsApp-based CRM, joining the CRMs already supported. With the connection active, every new lead is automatically pushed into FlowChat as a contact, with name, email, phone, and custom fields. It's configured on the console's integrations page or by asking the eesier agent directly, and invalid tokens disconnect on their own and notify the customer.

  • eesier now calls leads by phone with an autonomous voice agent

    eesier gained a brand-new channel alongside email: autonomous phone calls driven by a voice agent that speaks Brazilian Portuguese in real time. The eesier agent talks with the lead, handles objections, books meetings, and respects do-not-call requests, with every call recorded — transcript, outcome, and answering-machine detection. Voice calling is a separate switch from email and can be turned on per account or per campaign, with its own voice instructions.

  • eesier's bounce detector now recognizes a human reply that arrives at the return address

    When a lead actually replied but the message arrived at the server's technical return address (VERP) — with the original text quoted — eesier had been treating that as a hard bounce and suppressing the lead forever. The detector now recognizes it as a genuine human reply, requiring two signals together: the sender is the original recipient and there's a quoted-reply marker from the most common email clients. Result: leads who actually replied stop being silenced by mistake.

  • eesier now records and manages lead meetings through conversation, with Calendly sync

    When eesier proposes a time to a lead, or when the lead proposes a meeting back, the meeting is now recorded automatically and the customer gets a notification. Through conversation, the customer can confirm, cancel, or record attendance ('confirm the meeting with João', 'cancel the meeting with Acme'), and cancelling a meeting puts the lead back into the prospecting pipeline. Calendly bookings made by prospected leads are linked to the meeting record automatically, with no duplicates.

  • eesier now exports every actively-prospected lead as a CSV

    Customers on a paid plan can now ask the eesier agent for a CSV spreadsheet of every lead currently in active prospecting. eesier generates and delivers the file right through the conversation, with no need to open the console.
